What You’ll Do
- Rapid Resolution: Manage incoming support tickets with speed and deep customer empathy.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable, and user-friendly solutions.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and improve our help center documentation to ensure our users have seamless access to information.
- Community Safety: Act as a steward of our platform by moderating user-generated content and voice library submissions to ensure they meet our ethical and quality standards.
- Product Liaison: Act as the voice of the customer within our internal teams to help shape the product roadmap.
Who You Are
- Tech-Forward: You have 2–3 years of experience in technical customer support within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Startup-Ready: You are comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, international environment where things change quickly.
- Problem Solver: You have a “first principles” mindset and can troubleshoot API-related errors or browser-specific issues with ease.
- Autonomous: You are a self-starter who hits the ground running without needing a roadmap.
- Passionate: You have a genuine interest in audio AI and the impact it has on the world. (Bonus points if you already use ElevenLabs!)
