Your Role: The Engine Behind Our Amazon Operations
At Trafilea, demand planning goes beyond reacting to numbers—you will engineer the systems that drive millions in Amazon revenue. You will own the infrastructure behind our Amazon operations, focusing on forecasting, replenishment, automation, and inventory performance across FBA and 3PL.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Forecasting: Design and execute accurate SKU-level demand forecasts across Amazon marketplaces.
- Replenishment Systems: Build and manage automated replenishment flows between 3PL and FBA.
- Inventory Optimization: Maintain 60+ days of inventory coverage at FBA while optimizing stock levels across the entire supply chain.
- Accuracy & Growth: Improve forecast accuracy (MAPE) while proactively eliminating stockouts and excess inventory.
- Automation: Lead projects to build alerts, triggers, and dashboards in collaboration with our BI and Tech teams.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Transform complex Amazon data into real-time insights that directly impact revenue and profitability.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in demand planning (specifically within e-commerce or CPG), with strong preference for Amazon-specific experience.
- Amazon Expertise: Proven track record working with Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel capabilities (modeling, forecasting, and data analysis).
- BI Tools: Experience with platforms such as Tableau, Redash, or similar BI tools.
- Mindset: You are an analytical, structured thinker with a “builder” mentality—you love to automate, optimize, and improve every process you touch.
- Efficiency: Highly comfortable managing multiple SKUs, complex reports, and shifting priorities simultaneously.
